My Old Grandma's Christmas bread 

6 dl water

2 dl beer

1 dl porter

1 1/2 dl syrup 

2 teaspoons salt

2 1/4 dl sugar 

50 g butter

75 g yeast 

2 teaspoons ground clove 

2 teaspoons ground ginger 

2 teaspoons ground bitter orange 

1 teaspoon ground allspice 

Ca 250g raisins (or so many you want)

1,5-1,7 ish kg wheat flour 

Rise the dough 1h

Make 2-4 breads and let them rise for 30 min

Syrup water for brushing 

175C in the oven for ca34-40 minutes

Saffron Buns

2 packets of ground saffron.                                          

50g yeast

150g butter

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 dl sugar

1 egg

250g raisins or to taste

1/2 cup Cognac

1.5 liters of wheat flour or more so that the dough is smooth and flexible

1 beaten egg for brushing the buns before they go into the oven

Raisins for garnish

225C in the oven for ca6-10minutes

Anne B's Crackers with my twist

1/2dl Seasame seed

1/2dl Pumkin seed

1/2dl Coconut flour

1/2dl Almond flour

1/2dl Sunflower seed

1/2dl Flax seed

1/2dl Chia seed

2 teaspoons Physalis peel

A pinch of salt

Bread seasoning or chiliflakes

1/2dl Olive oil

2-3dl hot water
